I frequented a traditional barber shop until about 25 years ago. A hole in the wall on Main Street in a small town. One man show, he was a Korean war vet. Cash only. Completely disillusioned about government. There were always three or four guys there waiting and griping about something. I learned a lot there. He passed away and I bought a clipper.
