I'd argue that empathy is another flaw that leaves women at a disadvantage- the fact that they generally lack it. This goes back to feelings over facts, which frustrates a woman's ability to feel what other people feel; her feelings overrule all else and that is comes through when trying to understand how someone else feels.
There is the common mistake of mistaking empathy for sympathy, which I'm not saying you are, but many do. Women are believed to have more sympathy, after all they cry over things men don't, right? That's just the intensity of their feelings. Women can be relied on to take the side of those she favors, which is usually those she feels are more like her. This is why so many female teachers favor girls and downgrade boys, because they lack empathy and only feel for those they feel are more like them. This is also a facet of narcissism, another flaw some would say is common in women.
Regardless, I'm sure those idiots in OP's picture will take the side of women over men and mongrels over humans.
