Your state legislature people actually will listen to what you say. I've had a lot of luck getting some laws changed in my state by contacting my state legislators. All you got to do is be logical. Most of them have no idea what the hell's going on and won't have heard of half the issues that you're talking about. So all you've got to do is explain to them what's necessary and half the time if it's a good idea they'll just do it.
So call him up and ask him to introduce the bill that the November election be held with paper ballots and manual hand counting throughout your state. Just do it. Bunch of people do it it will actually make an impact. It doesn't take a lot of people calling the state legislatures to actually have things happen.
