I quit taking stinging nettles every day (I only use it when I workout, then I take 2 with my pre-workout). I'm working out every other day, currently, so I am still taking it, but I had some issues that cleared up when I stopped taking it 7 days a week. You should add NAC to your regimen. I also take milk thistle and quercetin -- plus a few others I only use before a workout.
