The whole point of DEI isn't to pander on the about page. It's to get brown employees that are subsidized by investment from firms like Blackrock. A pajeet programmer is only worth 25% of a White programmer. But, you are hiring them at 50% the cost, and Blackrock is subsidizing another 25%. It works out on paper, because you never factored in the cost of a plane door falling off in flight.
