It would be nice if we could reclaim our constitutional right to freedom of association. Supreme Court rules that we have the right of freedom of association which means we get to hang around people we like and we get to exclude people we don't like from our presence. There's no exception in the constitution for the place you spend at least 8 hours a day making your living. That's just been something that's been written in. By congress. With no constitutional authority.

If we get rid of forced acceptance and housing in the workplace then our society goes back to a nice naturally segregated society that everybody enjoyed more back in the '60s. And yes actually everybody enjoyed that more in fact even today black people are voluntarily segregating themselves and prefer that.


You have the constitutional right to separate yourself from people you don't want to be with. It's time we re-fought for that right to regain what was taken from us.
