Russian documents include plans for a potential nuclear “demonstration strike", if things begin escalating.
The presentation also references the option of a "demonstration strike" — detonating a nuclear weapon in a remote area “in a period of immediate threat of aggression” before an actual conflict to scare western countries. Russia has never acknowledged such strikes are in its doctrine before, but it only makes sense.
Such a strike, the files say, would show “the availability and readiness for use of precision non-strategic nuclear weapons” and the “intention to use nuclear weapons”.
This would entail Russia live-firing a tactical nuke into a remote area. The simple acknowledgment that Russia even has such contingencies drawn updraws a heavy shadow over NATO’s involvement in the Ukrainian conflict.
The threat of tactical nuke strikes has always existed, whether the globohomopedos wanted to think about them or not.
So the official doctrine includes a a warning period before a demonstration strike and provides time for people to get away from any military targets.
The risk of tactical strikes is always higher than for strategic strikes.
The US is NOT going to trade Wash. D.C. for Kiev no matter what they may say.
The whole point of 'proxy wars' is to keep them 'over there' and and well away from the clownworld.
Even the hostile foreign power that runs the US won't react to tactical strikes on European soil for the same reason. They don’t want get glassed either.
Notice how the US, Germany, and UK are all disavowing any involvement with the Ukrainian 'Kursk offensive' now that it has proven to be a failure.
