It's called Ashgabat in the country of Turkmenistan which has also banned citizens from having dogs, video games, and all cars must be white, silver or gold colored otherwise the government may impound and repaint it at your expense and fine you.
About 90% of the citizens work for the government, the city has the guinness world record of most marble and gold buildings because they have the 4th highest natural gas resources in the world.
It's apparently more totalitarian than North Korea even though it has relations with the US.
They banned judaism & synagogues and Christianity is frowned upon.

I'm very intrigued by this country for some odd reason.
