From what i understand, yes, an international warrant related to an ongoing investigation into his Platform enabling and facilitating alleged online criminal activity, compounded by his continue refusal to meet, talk or acknowledge these alleged concerns, and with his failure as owner / CEO of the Platform to take steps to prohibit or mitigate said alleged activity something something - it was all in some online post that contained a screen shot of an official complaint or investigative Law enforcement memorandum - basically he was arrested in order to being held for questioning related to safety concerns of his platform being used for criminal activity and his lack of addressing those concerns.
