It seems to me all forced integration laws and forced hiring laws and companies all violate the freedom of association which is guaranteed under the constitution. There are no exceptions to the constitution for the workplace or the house or anything else. I'm really surprised no one has brought a la - Upgoat - "where a goat can be a goat"
