It's painfully obvious that neither queeri nor the media fully understand the capabilities of this asset. Kindjal is a ballistic missile with a booster engine capable of mach 10; human reaction time is simply not fast enough to counter such a target at that speed... U.S. defense officials have concluded that existing radar architectures are insufficient to detect and track hypersonic weapons so anti-aircraft defenses such as Patriot or Iron Dome are ineffectual.
