Wouldn't that be like 2 serial killers giving advice to eachother on hoe to dispose of a body so the cops can't find it? But in a morally sustainable environmentally friendly way so as not to disturb the local fauna.
My father was very skilled at this. He was a very intimidating man- big and stoic, with a roaring temper... but he never hit me. He had this unbelievable knack for making me feel ashamed when I fucked up. The anguish I felt whenever I disappointed him was unbearable... I remember thinking "I'd rather he just punched me in the face and moved on".
I think he knew better, though. He didn't need to hit me, he could motivate me with a fear of falling short of his expectations.
