Still going to war. Not sure what your stance is here. EMP is still on the table, grids constantly going out, interception of data, etc. Should update your views. Things are actually more at risk because so many rely on cloud and data servers. Half the internet is fake, or controlled. I wish it was 2002, because then the internet was in our control and had more freedom.
