Schools are big business and with truancy numbers going up and enrollment numbers going down this is a hell of a promotion. I bet it works. I wonder if the small print will be *must have been enrolled in p.s. and a beneficiary of state benefits for a minimum of 8 years to qualify?
Many of the current systems at play, including government, require the population "pyramid" to succeed - as in way more younger people than old people.
Unfortunately for these (((systems))), like SSI, K12 education, even college, that require ever increasing inputs, the populations of Western countries are starting to plateau and possibly even decline, which means there are way fewer young people to suck the money from.
And while immigrants can have an offset in some areas, especially K12 numbers, these immigrants are a giant money pit, and do way more harm that good economically, not to mention criminally.
