Most likely a reference to the Kabbalah which was gaining traction at this time especially with scumbag Sabbatai Zevi being alive at this time and being one of the prominent one's pushing the Kabbalah, teaching jews and gentiles that indulging in sin is a righteous thing to do. Kabbalah aims to not only makes all evil permissible, it encourages to indulge in evil, portraying sin as something holy. Kabbalah is the unadulterated version of Judaism.

Kabbalah can be fascinating, but it does have its evil side, the lurianic kabbalah. I say this kinda playing devil's advocate, cause it was my interest that led to the evils in the talmud, and other realizations of the jew, which opened my eyes.

Dang, catbox is down. I really want to see this painting
