Guys, I’m getting a little scared from all the fear mongering regarding measles. I am really wondering if I am doing wrong by by not getting children vaccinations. Part of me is scared to death and wants to go get the vaccines done to be safe. Part of me is scared to death of getting a rare bad reaction from the vaccine. I’m talking mmr.
I’m really split here and freaking out. And before you call me shitbrained pussy, try to put yourself in a parent’s shoes. You will do anything to keep your kids safe. And you definitely don’t want to inadvertently put them at risk of such a horrible disease. The other day you guys posted about a child dying of measles and it’s really plaguing me. I can’t ever imagine being in a position that harms your child especially if it was preventable.
So guys, instead of judging, please help me out and give me the most scientific reasons to help me make my decision.
I know, I’m confused too! But I know it’s coming from fear as a parent and that’s probably what the media is banking on. Nonetheless, it’s not helping because you don’t want to put your child at risk
