The reason for this is to ensure that everyone can pay even if they don’t feel comfortable with digital payments, and to ensure security and preparedness in case of special situations, as we just saw happen in Spain with massive blackouts.
Isn't this the same justification for forcing businesses to allow niggers in? You don't have to patronize a business that doesn't offer things you like, including payment method. This sounds more like a government win. Then masses need to stop being sheep and decide for themselves. If they shunned a business that only offered digital, they would accept cash the next day.
