Any of you Egyptian history spurgs know if this is true? Apparently there’s no Egyptian historical records of jews being persecuted at all?

Never heard this claim before yesterday.

Also heard the claim there’s no historical record of the biblical king David’s existence. At least not from any other neighbouring ruler anywhere near his alleged lifetime

The hyksos are about 1000 years before joseph and in egyptian assyrian records.

Biblical stuff is in the bible and may or may not be in egyptian/assyrian records but impossible to pinpoint because the bible doesnt really lock down names or dates in egypt to be able to work from. Im not claiming it as a historical record, im claiming historical non biblical sources suggest pre jews jewed egypt (hyksos did bring advances to farming and taught grain storage allowing egypt to survive through drought, again, this is in egyptian record not biblical)

From the non biblical side diff researchers recognise diff dates and timelines for ancient stuff anyway in egypt so even secular research has a similar problem.
