When I got mine it was quite ironic. I came in with a drivers license, birth certificate and SS card. They said not good enough. We need mail.
So then I showed ID and a letter to me from the IRS pretty much anyone could have gotten. They didn't look at the birth cert or SS card. I actually could have printed that letter myself.
I live in a majority beaner area btw. They are creating an ID with a high standard so they can bring people around the side of the gate and claim everyone on the new side of the gate is most certainly vetted.
