By Pierce calling her racist/hateful/Supremacist and then turning around and calling it free speech, he's just demonstrating that the word games are part of the prisoners' dilemma. The irony is that it only proves her point that she should be indifferent to the name-calling as much she is indifferent to using it.
There's a bigger conversation that is being missed here. The word "nigger" is only considered negative because of an attached connotation that the person is undesirable and targetted to be removed from society.
When someone calls someone a White Supremacist, how is that any different? The moment that term is used, you need to break the trance by asking the very direct question, "Do you feel White Supremacists should be rounded up and exterminated?"
They will wind back and probably start talking about sanctions, losing their jobs or businesses, etc. That is when you need to ask, "Just like the Jews in Nazi Germany?"
If they say no, ask what they think should happen. If they believe in free speech and a free society they aren't going to advocate for violence and intolerance. But if they do advocate for violence and intolerance towards Whites, you need to ask them why Whites should not be reciprocally intolerant and violent? It's the prisoners' dilemma.
