FYI...Bubba is a name of anonymity...in the subculture sphere "sit-downs" of parlance were carried out in code, the 1st rule of a sit-down was "everything is bugged", phones, parabolics, hidden electronics and even one's boots which meant all conversation had to be in obscure code and everyone's name was Bubba...authorization for person specific surveillance including the compilation/presentation of person specific evidence were contrary to the legal parameters that the law is forced to act within...an arrest warrant for "Bubba" doesn't cut it.
