it hears everything. The result is pretty natural. It picks up my fingers touching the guitar a lot. I have to hover my hand so my dangling fingers dont sound like shitty little drums. This must be how a hummingbird feels when it's eating.

it picks up my voice. And it picks it up in that natural position where you're looking down at your guitar. Like I could be reading off of a chord sheet on the floor and my vocal is going directly into a condenser microphone. I turned up the Reverb and did Spanish Caravan. That is really cool. To be able to do the absolute most natural thing and it all gets projected outward. I have described my ideal situation before and this is almost it. I sure hope it works outdoors. Indoors it is satisfyingly loud before feedback starts.

Would never actually depend on this mic for the vocal but if all i had was this mic clipped to the guitar, i would feel heard vocally in a pinch.

Mic clips directly to the sound hole, little cable goes to the battery pack (w/ power switch and low cut), battery pack gets slung somewhere, XLR cable comes out of the battery pack. I will try to get some video of it going through a proper PA tonight.

Edit: walked around with the mic clipped to my shirt and gave a bit of a TED Talk. Now I know how that feels. Super cool

Edit: testing with pa wow i actually get to hear the acoustic come back at me instead of going away from me. It makes you play better. Did not take any video. It did turn out I shy away from treble and people like treble. It is nice. I play much more seriously, and with it clipped on your shirt you instantly talk more organized.

Recording has never been a problem. This is live stuff. Outdoors trying to get across an open space with noise in it. There's a lot of great ways to record indoors.
