Study is very hard to understand for a layperson.
From a first glance, it looks like they took the percent of Ultra processed foods consumed and then made a magic "percent" of premature deaths to attribute to that - with no actual pathology to match?
Brazil seems like the outlier that disproves the rule, with a very low percent of processed food consumption, yet an enormous premature death population.
If the totality of Brazil's premature deaths was explained, I would give the study a bit more credibility.
