It's actually not culture. It's the genetic fact that blacks have less of a brain than a whites and they physically do not have the capability to have any foresight and do much planning so they're always in the state of the way I get things is to take what I see right in front of me.
Culture implies that if we could only change the culture that black people would be different. Black people will not be different their culture is what exists because of their lack of brain capacity and their inability to think ahead. Not the other way around. Black people sub-Saharan African genes are genetically less intelligent then white northern European genes and this is just a fact and it cannot be changed.
