Um yes. The people who lied about Kyle Rittenhouse should face the sentence he could have faced if their politicization of his case had led to an improper conviction. What about Chavin who was convicted? If someone falsely accuses someone of rape because it's easy and convenient to do they should face an equal charge. Same with media if they want to hop on the accusation waggon. You know these people do zero research. They want to be the first to hit google's index for a topic so everything they write is 5 minutes tops on research. Journalists aren't special. They are just normal people at best, lying parasites at worst. If I started making accusations about people with zero research I would have legal trouble. Why not them?
