I know it's a social faux pas to talk about dreams, but damn. This one won't let go.
People were talking about nuclear war. Somebody kept pressuring me about God: my disbelief, that I needed to get right, like now. I shrugged them off.
Then the stars disappeared. The color green went away. It just went away. Wherever there had been green, there wasn't any green any more. Then more colors started to go. Slowly, all of these things started just disappearing from the world, but not all at once. It was incremental.
And the realization dawns on me we are in some kind of matrix and it is being shut down.
The reason dream-talk is frowned on is because we all know you can't communicate to anybody else the significance of your dream experience. But God damn that dream has stuck with me all morning. The sense of absolute dread. I began praying in the dream, but the sense was that I was too late.
Some three different people came to me in the dream after that, all in states of panic, but all with different answers (we have to go to such and such a place, or we need to do such and such a thing; I can't remember any of their plans).
When I woke up, I thought: you need to stop paying attention to Israel for a while.

We didn't evolve alone, as our stories and wisdom that was passed down by our ancestors through the most salient effective form for humans who evolved socially very complex social environments and to compete and survive in them the most salient form isn't rational or reason but social stories. As those stories competed through individual and groups leading those who followed the most true stories that had the most useful wisdom in the most salient form they evolved and variants of them evolved alongside our faith circuits. The way we evolved tool using and making instincts that activate with our hands our faith circuit has evolved alongside external material that gives it reference points for reality, in you this circuit is using the limited conscious mathematic discoveries of non corporeal rules like the golden rule ( game theory) and pureto distribution( mathew principal) which is inferior in salience to communicate the abstract wisdom to the form of social human processing and understanding while also being inferior in completeness.

There is metaphysical middle ground material that is reasoned out meta truth like 2+2=4 which is real but non corporeal and easy to understand but there is also the evolved leap of faith it evolved alongside our ancestors with our faith circuits to handle the complexity wisdom truths that are knwon through and as stories told to us by God ( the power manifesting itself in the universe) for us to be able to better compete our rivals individual and tribal. On top of this you didn't evolve as just an individual competing with individuals. We compete as groups as well so part of your brain is working on what is best for the group even against yourself as an individual because sometimes what is best for you personally could cull the tribe. some sociopaths I think have unlearned this in their blood because enough of their ancestors have gotten away with parasitism and harming the group by moving constantly evading consequences in the post tribal large civilization society and we have evolved instincts to handle them that others without our civilization complexity have not.
