I get your position. My company I worked for, paid fantastic money, great medical, great 401k, up to $3 extra an hour for hitting sales bonuses were threatening to mandate it.
I had to think hard about that. I was well respected. Could do virtually anything in the company. My ultimate problem was, they don't care about the smokers. They don't care about the pot heads. They don't care about the alcoholics coming in still drunk or hungover from the night before. Yet this. This is where they want to dictate my body autonomy? No thanks. Go put all the women on birth control so they can't have kids so they can't take leave. See how that works out.
