I don't have an audio version off the top of my head. If you have it in pdf, you can get a pdf reader app that converts the text to speech. You can change the voices. Then you can change the speed and pause rate of the voice.
I've listened to a lot of pdfs while I'm working and driving. Also it's not just pdf. It works in .mobi .pub and all those other e-book extensions. I have the ones called Evie and @voice aloud. There are a lot of different readers. But those work well for me, so that's what I've settled on.
I can't stress enough about changing the reading speeds. I listen to everything at 1.25x-1.75x speed. Even when I watch videos or podcasts. It's almost like wasting time listening to anything other than music at normal speed.
