The trigger mechanism being a future conversation, a media report or whatever in your vicinity is relevant...at that moment it's like "dejavu".

Ancient theory is that when the elderly enter that period of "2nd childhood", and this is why the elderly are (wrongly) seen as senile, because they have so much time doing nothing anymore, no purpose or function and no detail to be focused on, their subconsious mind releases, in a calibrated way, all of the ambient activity and external information absorbed over the years.
