A sayan is a jew who can live in any country and be involved in any kind of job, but he's also actually a Mossad asset. He can be "activated" as needed by his katsa, which is a Mossad field officer. Katsas run and direct the sayanim under their control.

Nigger females are often portrayed, both in commercials and on teevee shows, as the possessors of deep wisdom, calmness and reason. Actually, the nigger female is on the very bottom of capabilities among all speaking bipeds. In real life, if you want to screw something up, put a nigger female in charge of it. We all know this. But we always see the exact opposite of reality when it comes to female niggers on teevee and movies.

How about the nigger menz? Same deal. They are always portrayed as law-abiding and upstanding citizens. Most aren't. Niggers commit over 50% of violent crimes, but how about non-violent crimes? I believe if you add in this type of crime you'll find that nigger men will commit a crime of some sort if the situation allows it.

I got to thinking about organized crime in the US, the Mafia type of organized crime. Remember in the movie "The Godfather" that Meyer Lansky was a big jew that the Italians paid a lot of heed to. And then there was Bugsy Seigel and Dutch Schultz. And Murder, Inc. was was a purely jewish operation. Wouldn't it make sense that just like White people have had the trans-Atlantic slave trade pinned on us that the jewish movie and media operations have carefully cultivated the notion that it was Italians who ran big-time organized crime. It is probably true that the Italian criminals did the work and the kikes collected the money, ultimately. After all, there is an almost incalculable amount of shekels to be made through crime in the US.

The hook-noses were heavily involved with the Chinese Communist Party from the party's inception. They gave guidance and assistance to the chinks. I doubt that has stopped. The fentanyl that kills people over here was made in China. The jews oversee the transport of the fentanyl to Mexico and they probably run the Mexican drug cartels that move that shit into the US. In fact, the overall illegal drug business is probably run by jews, cuz there are so many shekels to be made from the death and degradation of the American goyim. Is there any organized criminal activity that dipshit jews are running?

You have a plumbing problem, you call a plumber. Your roof leaks, you call a roofer. Need some electrical work done? Call an electrician. Got a broken bone? see a doctor.

Doctors are simply providers of a specialized service. They aren't necessarily that smart (especially now that medical schools are graduating niggers and brown people). They don't love you. In fact, most of them don't even care to know your name. Don't go see doctors on a regular basis, only on an as-needed basis, and I recommend just about only if you have a broken bone or a bad cut. They can fix those pretty reliably. They don't spend time with you to determine diet, exercise, sleep, family history, occupation, etc before whipping out the old prescription pad. Their income is their number one concern and getting spiffs from pharma companies is a big part of that.

If you will take some time to think about how the whole U.S. "health care" system has been monetized and dehumanized it will help you to see doctors' places in the whole scheme.

Why is it that payment for medical services has been collectivized when the trades of no other service providers have been? Do you expect taxpayers to pick up payment to your roofer? Your plumber? Why has medical care been transformed into an enormous gravy train for entities that have positioned themselves to benefit from it?

Believe it or not, prior to 1972 provision of medical services was a not-for-profit activity.

"Health care" is something that, like a thousand other suckers that have been stuck into American society, has played a part in the destruction of our country.
