Honestly, I don't really understand melodic variations and things such as that. I get rhythmic motifs, but I don't quite understand the usage of melodic ones.
Actually, it's cheap seed oils that replaced the good fats. It's cheap junk that somebody figured out could be extracted from all the seeds being thrown away associated with various plants like soy, cotton, etc. Often times this already junk oil is hydrogenated to some extent. Then it's used in frying (i.e. exposed to air while being hot so if any fat is left undamaged it can then be oxidized). The end result is a toxic poison that causes artery damage and inflammation in your body. The #1 food I recommend avoiding is commercial fried food. Fast food and fancy-shmancy restaurants are most likely using the same cheap crap for oil. Chik-Fil-A does have it a little better with peanut oil (a vegetable oil instead of seed), but it's still not good.
I laugh at government food recommendations like, "Who follows those?" I suppose some institutions do. The fact that they push grains so hard has me skeptical of grains. Now I listen to Peter Glidden from the J.D. Wallach camp. They say there are 12 bad foods. The most difficult to avoid on the list is wheat, oat, barley, and rye. The problem is not what you think. It's proteins like gluten that are difficult to digest and harmful to the intestines. The older you get, the more of a problem this becomes. It's not condemned for having starch. They actually recommend clean, natural corn and rice as alternatives. In some contexts even potatoes could work.
The stupid, good-for-nothing niggers will even attack successful niggers, and do everything they can to make them fail. That's why you even see black flight, because they're trying to be productive and that's not possible when you're surrounded by niggers.
I looked at a list of lottery winners once. A few of them said something like, anonymous. This is when they collect it through a lawyer and don't put their name out there.
Ted Nugent wasn't a saint and especially, was not on board with sexual morality. He depicted himself as being more interested in sex than drugs. I try to make it clear that it isn't simply a choice. It's an inability. It's like dumb people trying to learn and understand calculus. It doesn't work. No amount of effort or trying can make it work. I like to think about people as building materials. Mud bricks will not be able to accomplish what steel can accomplish. If you try, the structure will collapse under its own weight.
