I had an original one in the 80's.
I have a newer one now.
Casio still makes them ,$20.00 at Walmart.
The 80's ones were better only because they had a light.
Current ones have no illumination but great deal for twenty bucks.
I used it plenty in my carpentry and machine shop / welding. Masonry, not as much but yeah.
