It's a short video, it's not Yuri Bezmenov, it's newer than that. It contains some stuff like "He made efforts to confuse the public, and then he told them he was trying to sow confusion. Leaving them not knowing what to think." That's a paraphrase.

It's a pretty common video in these circles.
