Trophies

Someday I’ll post about the “general public” I see at parks. I suppose it’s only the ambulatory, but plenty of fatty rascal carts (true I am a big fat fuck, but I have no prob fitting on rides or walking miles). But tattoos everywhere the eye can see, lotta young coal burners, etc. Saw more than a few White families today, always nice.

Thanks bro, it was. Really the best way to de-stress about work.

But hell yea great fun! Darkies and swarthies didn’t spoil the amazing experience of these engineering marvels by White men. Wooden and hybrid wood/ steel by American companies, the rest big steel by Swiss companies. 0-75mph in two seconds is awesome. Another is 200+ foot drop and just floating over hills. Wildest is also 200’ and just throws ya down up, side to side- that one is a solid 5g first turn, I’m just hands-up laughing ha.

I don’t think this park has strict chaperone policies like others, especially those in the South. Tons of security guards everywhere now it’s full on-season.

Enough. Not most I’ve seen. No monkeyshines here, park mgmt will not tolerate.

Ha I didn’t even realize. At local park riding roller coasters. I’m not superstitious tho, just a little stitious.

Lol modern-ish line array speakers in 1955 would be hilarious. Patent was still classified, but Shure and others had figured out speaker transducers in a vertical line had a better dispersion pattern. But specific horn geometries, power amp density and better adhesives are the real developments. Cabinets are still plywood, cones are still paper. Horn drivers have been around far before ‘55, but lotta tweaks to improve linearity, which is just math; plenty of great horns before computer sims.

Edit: Ha and I think I’d be able to figure out digitally-controlled-analog consoles. Nothin fancy, just buttons/ encoders controlling remote (by feet) logic gates. Those were a bit after ‘55 tho?

What are the trees gonna breathe then?

Coke makes you stay up all night telling people your secrets. I don’t do girls drugs.

Good old Yammy. I hear a lot nostalgia for Crown amps- tho they’re still used.

It’s unfortunate. Six Flags Jersey was a-ok on a weekday when I went. Looking forward to 6F New England in the fall.

Did today. Have top season pass for $380; half-price unlimited fastpass discounted to $37. 37?! Left first line after 10 minutes ha. Marathonned coasters after that.

Absolutely incredible. 300ft up looking over Lake Erie, plunge to 90mph. It’s really somethin.

Dorney isn’t open yet. Hershey is way beyond with coasters, and crowds. Did a day at Dorney last year, decent coasters. Talon invert is very good. Hydra should be awesome but the head banging.. Steel Force is old but amazing, missed night rides last year. That ole fucker does 70mph with a lil lap bar! I gotta hit Halloween season lapping til 10pm ha.

Yep young niggers have been ruining it at many parks. Virginia’s, Carolinas’, Chicago. I don’t even think a visit to Maryland’s is worth it. Heard the Superman hyper is great tho.

Fuckin love CPoint. Got a night, full day and half day last sept. Amazing park full of the best versions of coasters. I’m planning to spend big bux at Hotel breakers so I can down beers in the room/ take a nice nap and do night rides on a weekday.
