3 judge panel ruled 2 - 1 in favor of reinstating OSHA mandate of employers with greater than 100 employees requiring their workers to be vaccinated or face steep penalties. The two judges who ruled for this were appointed by Obama and George W Bush, with a Trump appointee dissenting. Just in case you thought there was any ounce of freedom in the US left, be disabused of such a notion.
