Yes, we have done quite a bit of research on the issues with soy. I'm pretty certain my issue with it is the phytoestrogen. Whether people have a visible reaction to soy (like I do) or not, it is not good for anyone. We typically avoid anything processed or pre-packaged anyway, so it's pretty easy to avoid. Unfortunately, most people aren't aware of how bad it is for you, and don't read labels on their food.
