His line is "Prices can fall, so just pay your money, hang it on your wall, and enjoy it." but maybe he is revealing that you $100,000 painting was never worth $10,000 to begin with

second attempt at animation. peoples advice on timing the last one helped a lot, thank you. for the third one, i have located the program controls that let you see previous and next frames just reduced opacity, so the next one should be a LOT smoother, but im kind of liking the pencil scratching look for horror type content.
