For all history the existence of Kiev, its coat of arms has changed many times.
The oldest is considered the emblem, dated to the Middle Ages.
On it was depicted a bow with an arrow, which is stretched by two arms extended from a cloud.

second attempt at animation. peoples advice on timing the last one helped a lot, thank you. for the third one, i have located the program controls that let you see previous and next frames just reduced opacity, so the next one should be a LOT smoother, but im kind of liking the pencil scratching look for horror type content.
