Mexico is ruled by Spanish descendants. Spain is one of the 5 most historically developed countries in Europe. Spanish people have average high IQ. Can somebody enlighten me why Mexico is such a shithole riddled with local crime cartels who basically control the country and are able to blow up entire police stations?

I'm conflicted.

...having trouble accessing catbox content? Have tried multiple browsers and setting and I'm starting to think that it's being blocked by Spectrum. I can upload to catbox.moe just fine, but if I click on a link on upgoat, I'm getting a screen telling me:

This site can’t provide a secure connection

files.catbox.moe sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

This didn't happen at all before, then it statrted happening intermittently, now it's all the time, while I haven't changed any settings.

Update: Okay, for anyone who cares, this is weird. If I just click on a catbox link, I get the error message. But if I have catbox.moe open in a seperate tab, I can open the link.

Sometimes it just opens. Other times, I get the eror message, unless I refresh the catboxmoe site first, and then it opens.

Ok, this is an uncomfortable question but it might be worth talking about.

We clean our hands when we leave a public restroom. I hope you all do. But have you seen the floor in a mens public restroom? I don't understand if people's homes look like this, but there is often a puddle of piss right beneath a urinal. We really do live with animals. Maybe it's just the area I live in.

But this is the real reason why we don't eat food off of the ground. People walk into public restrooms and they track that shit everywhere. They have no other option. If it weren't for that the ground would actually be reliably pretty sanitary. A little shoe rubber that itself has only ever been on clean surfaces would be cleaner than any sponge used to wipe a table. I'm not saying we should eat off the ground if we did solve this problem. The point is concern about the ground being dirty is legitimate, but it's worth noting that it is almost only due to the existence of public bathrooms. And even if you never go into a public bathroom it is still a concern because you or your family/peers walked over ground that someone else walked over who had been in a public restroom.

I think it is ironic that we do wash our hands because our shoes probably do more to contaminate public areas than if people didn't wash their hands.

So the need is obvious. The question is if there is a solution that isn't worse than the cure.

Here is my idea. A three station set up against a wall. One is a shallow basin of sanitizer. The next is a rubber mat used to get the bulk of the fluid off. Something like this. The next would just be a standard commercial rug. The rubber mat in between would prevent the rug from getting so wet it doesn't do anything.

I'm talking about 2 millimeters of sani-fluid on your shoe rubber. Would that be so bad? Of course the same people who piss on the floor will never use it but at least now I'm not tracking it.

Women, do other women just openly piss of the floor in your bathrooms? Maybe this is next level shopping cart theory. If you return a shopping cart it means you can build civilization. If you walk into a restroom and just piss on the open floor you can't be in civilization. If you are somewhere in between civilization can exist in spite of you despite your incapacity to create it.

Do you think they intentionally missed? If not and then intended to hit this could have been an attempt at launching a civil war.

If ever there was a chance at getting white people to chimp out that's about the only thing that might do it. Our congress giving money to genocidal maniacs who hate us, no. But I could see a few rednecks finally telling liberals to stfu with actual bullets, and if they didn't, the FBI would stage it, and it would be on either way.

I'm telling you. It's not just the jews. The jews and the Chinese are working together. The jews put themselves into power and rent themselves out to whatever foreign competitor wants to buy them. Jews make money by setting up deals, and the deal is China is taking over. China wants to be number one and it needs to take out the US. They already turned most of our bureaucratic system. Pretty easy when the jews just take a little money. Now they need a civil war to have us bombard our selves pre-invasion. Like any good chess strategy you set up a damned if you do damned if you don't circumstance for your enemy. If we don't do the civil war then the bureaucratic/political establishment just continues to wring us dry on the economic front until we do.

To me this is what all of this has been from the very great leap forward like social justice, to the covid, to the gas lighting, to the black riots, to the intentional mismanagement. It's just prolonged pre-invasion. See, at the genesis of military strategy armies would invade. Then they realized that if the bombard first invasion goes easier. Then they realized if the sabotage before bombardment invasion goes easier. Then they realized that if the y blockade before sabotage invasion goes easier. Then they realized if they commit psychological warfare before blockade invasion goes easier. So modern invasion uses a very large time window. The longer the better. It flows along a spectrum starting with the clandestine and soft warfare and ending with the overt and tangible warfare. If given time you can always do something a little less tangible a little earlier and a little longer to make each of the following steps go better.

But I think you should know where it is all heading. Physical warfare. There is no point in pre-conflict softening if the conflict isn't actually coming. If you hear bombs you shouldn't assume the bombardment will simply end at some point and that will be that. In such a case people are coming. And if you find yourself in an earlier stage of softening the same logic applies.

But remember. If a civil war does happen, it itself is a softening stage. You can't over extend yourself or forget there are other threats in such a condition. The point of a manufactured civil war is the eventuality of those other threats. And we were just 1.5 inches away from having one thrust on us. The dynamics of such a situation would escape us, and no one on this forum would be responsible for that war. But such an event could start one regardless of what any of us do.

I have an 10 gal air compressor, but I could go for electric as well. I want a good finish for plywood, wood projects, etc. but also interior drywall.
