Favorite hot sauce recommendations?

I have recently moved up to yello bird habanero and Elijahs ghost pepper sauce. What should I get next? I have Elijahs reaper sauce but haven't gotten into it yet.

I can still eat spicy as fuck peppers, but now that I'm older, they burn the living shit out off my ass. I can't do it anymore.

Here is a group of playlists I'm guessing you'd like. Note there is a Hot Sauce list. I've done all the recipes there but the home go-to is: home grown red thai chillies, onion, garlic, ginger, salt-brine. Ferment two weeks, blitz, then it's ready but must be refrigerated (it keeps fermenting).

Also notice they have a lacto fermentation playlist.

P.S. Sorry about the low level beta vibes off the dude in the video. Not sure what that couple's deal is.

You should really consider making your own and store it in a jar.

Find a recipe online, but the gist is oil on pan, sauté onions, maybe carrots if you want sweetness, and of course your favorite peppers, until soft, then blender it all, add some vinegar (pronounced viNIGGER), maybe some maple syrup if you didn’t do the carrots and still want a bit of sweetness, and enjoy that fresh shit - no overpriced stuff.

For steak and bacon, i will often just use ground red pepper.

That stuff isn't remotely hot to me anymore. Hence the question.

Depends on which hot peppers you make it from. As for sauces, Trader Joe's has a decent habanero sauce. Nice mildish green hot sauce too. If you're just looking for heat, Dave's Insanity Sauce will bring the burn. Lucky Dog has some tasty flavors.

Grow some superhots and make some of your own?

I am beginning to have this problem and will likely need to resort to another ground sort of pepper.

It all depends on what you're using it for.

Good old Tabasco has its place. One of my favorites is Pico Pica, for somewhat more general use. There's a diablo sauce that I quite like; it's maybe a more obscure brand; I can't remember the name at least right now, but it is awesome, despite a weird slime quality that is almost disgusting but the flavor is so intense and awesome that it negates that.

Then there are the weird asian ones, most common being perhaps Sriracha. Also those intense chili pastes they make.

I loves me some hunan chili paste! Shits fire!

Yeah, searching for the weird ones.

All that reaper habanero specialty shit is normally too hot for me to enjoy, but I ran across a habanero mustard that was tasty and mild. If you see one, try it.

otherwise, unrefrigerated Frank's hot sauce goes on pretty much everything in my house (beware buying Frank's wing sauce - def not the same thing.)

I also recently came across a curry ketchup that was interesting. Would be a good dipping sauce if adding chopped onions and touch of relish.

Unrelated, Plum powder and tajin salt over a bowl of pinapple soft serve was the whackiest creation I tried last week. Somehow it worked.

trader joes sells a chilli onion crunch that is killer

If you have guests coming over a fav makeshift meat sauce, try 50% bbq and 50% teryaki, makes a "kona sauce" that can go on burgers or ribs.

Eh, everyone has a new hot sauce these days. Depends what you like. I use Tabasco for some things and El Yucateca for others.
