Cash is legal tender and typically it has been illegal to refuse said legal tender without a written agreement BETWEEN both parties.
Now these chuckle fucks are re-writing the rules.

Legally, a provider of goods or services is at liberty to set the commercial terms upon which payment will take place, meaning businesses do not have to accept cash.

He said that while it was not illegal for a business to refuse banknotes and coins, if they did not accept your cash you could take them to court — and could win.

Professor Bateman believes that in circumstances where people have no other means of paying for goods other than cash, and if they are not able to reach an agreement with the seller, a court "would most likely" tell the seller to accept the cash payment.

Take the bank notes or I get free= petrol you niggers.

But it is extremely unlikely that a buyer takes a merchant to court just because they won't accept cash.

Loopholes galore.

***

Legal tender rights for Australians in the headlines again following Bob Katter's cafe cash snub

lawpath

Businesses have an obligation to accept legal tender unless an alternative means of purchase has been specified by verbal or written agreement.

Therefore if you provide verbal or written notice prior to entering the contract with your customer, your business isn’t obliged to accept cash as a form of payment. And instead, you can state you’re only accepting cashless payments.

A ‘Keeping Cash Transactions in Australia Bill’ has been introduced to parliament by three politicians

the bill—launched in early June by independent federal MPs Andrew Gee, Bob Katter and Dai Le—would require any business offering goods and services in face-to-face settings to accept cash payments up to $10,000. Failure to comply would be punishable by civil penalties of up to $5,000 for individuals and $25,000 for businesses.

Only three politicians out of 151.

It is true Australian banknotes are legal tender, as stated in section 36(1) of the Reserve Bank Act 1959, but that does not mean a business has to automatically accept cash as payment.

What is declared as legal tender by the government?
Legal tender is the national currency, such as paper money and coins, that is declared by law to be valid payment for debts and financial obligations.

Opposition Leader Peter Dutton on minimum age for social media declared he "will make it happen within the first 100 days of a future Coalition government"._

Democracy is a sham, you have a choice between Red jew and Blue jew. The uniparty that is two-party preferred is not even hiding their contempt for the Australian people anymore.

Any sign or word of truck blockades today?     (Australia)

Original word on social media that was 31st of August truckies were going to block all state borders. On Sunday one bloke said that was a ruse to trick the police and it is happening "tomorrow" (yesterday/monday) - him and another truck blocked a QLD hwy for about an hour until Pauline Pantsdown said "I don't like it" and that she would pay his fines.

I can't find any of the tiktok videos of truckies saying they were in anymore (l could have sworn I favourited some to come back to). I can't find any news on if anything happened this morning or not. Not even any mocking "I knew you guys wouldn't do anything" posts.

Do you think there may have been arrests or threats to stop it or everyone chickened out?

All the comments are in full support of the attacker that was probably getting arrested for not obeying the tyranny.

Many of the comments where also in favour of killing the cops and burning their houses down. It looks like the Aussies are about to snap and start killing them soon if they don't back off.

The review noted that the proliferation of "check-in" apps meant there was no centralised database

The review said the commonwealth should set up agreements between governments and banks so contact tracers could request details of people who had made a payment at a hotspot venue. This method was used to find passengers of a Sydney taxi driver who caught the virus.

Also, stop using your rewards cards, they are only exclusively used to sell your data for the express purposes of targeted marketing.

Delta strain never isolated, Omicron strain only presently suggested.

Do we even have an international travel bubble outside of NZ and Singapore?

How does a new made-up strain even enter Mascot Airport with "vaccines" and quarantine measures, when you can't even fly from S.A to Sydney?

So, every one was telling me that as of Friday this week in vic, metro could not go to regional, but regional can go to metro. This was due to restrictions expiring. The main farm I go shooting at with hunting buddies is actually considered metro for stupid reasons. So we're all like, hell yeah, finally, lets go shooting.

So Friday is here and I am trying to find proof that we can travel, because police will do anything no matter how illegal it is, to take guns from people. They have already multiple times so far for non gun related rona fines and such, although I heard that they got their guns back. I don't want to be caught with them in my car within metro if we CANT go to metro.

So here is what I found. Yesterday, they put up new directions that took effect anytime between 6-12 hours after being issued, saying that regional can not travel into metro.

I can only image the number of people they pulled over this morning to fine for this because of their last minute updates.

Not that any of it is legal to begin with anyway.

'COVID-19 Vaccination Status (Prevention of Discrimination) Bill 2021'     (archive.md)

Sen. M. Roberts on behalf of Sen. P. Hanson, One Nation.

Senate bill proposal for amendments to anti-discrimination legislation.

“All of this discrimination sends a clear message: the rights of the individual will be protected only so long as they do not conflict with the state. There is nothing – not even a global pandemic – more dangerous to a free society. Australia is a democracy, not a totalitarian state or communist dictatorship.

“What we’ve learned is the process of mandating vaccines has had a significant impact on small businesses ability to plan for the future

Destroy the economy because multinational corporations are a larger net tax contributor to the government. Independent business is an impediment to blanket legislation.

“We’ll need another regime for booster shots and proof of vaccinations around that.

Infinite boosters and vaccination passports, enter the social credit system.

“People are going to have difficulty living normal life without being vaccinated, and I think getting the vaccine will be an inevitable conclusion they come to. But we’d like a standardised approach.

Join the collective, resistance is futile for NPCs.

Vax Target #1, #2

In September: The latest New South Wales roadmap to recovery outlines a range of freedoms for fully vaccinated people in the state when 80% of those aged 16 and over are vaccinated.

Mid September or 80% vaccination = Freedom

In October: Unvaccinated people will remain restricted, but will have the same freedoms by December 1, when 90% of adults are expected to be vaccinated.

December 1st or 90% vaccination = Freedom

Vax Target #3

In November: However, they'll now have to wait until December 15, or, whatever date NSW reaches 95 per cent double dose coverage for people aged 16 and above.

December 15th or 95% vaccination = Freedom

Remember when I suggested a bill signed by Brad Hazzard pushed the reopening of the NSW state from September to December, then again from December 1st to December 17th as was implied?

Well it's been confirmed 2hrs ago now, that NSW lockdown will be effective until at least Dec 15th or later.

"Ultimately we want a united society and we believe moving that date back to December 15 will incentivise [people to get vaccinated]," he said.

More coercion and blackmail.

Of course the media fawns over this. The numbers may be far from "thousands" as they ignored the fact that tens of thousands marched and protested against Dan's tyranny.

Nevertheless the fact this happened at all cements Melbourne's reputation for gayness.
