Before and after side by side: https://files.catbox.moe/tl21zk.jpg

@KatHarzso I attempted to do a screen recording but I didn't have the software so I downloaded one and managed to fuck it up twice and have nothing to show.

In Adobe Camera Raw I did these setting: https://files.catbox.moe/f0wjmm.PNG +
Optics> Ticked: remove Chromatic Aberation & Use profile corrections: Setup> Auto

Photoshop Layers: https://files.catbox.moe/rd21uz.PNG
All the Layers with layer masks are blended in luminosity mode except Vibrance which is blended to colour. Eye lighten is around the "lash line" and a dash on the feathers directly on the right of the eye.
Feather contrast is a high contrast layer with a black (hidden) layer mask where I painted it on (white) on low opacity where desired. Then I stamped all the layers (ctrl+shift+3?) and used Filter>Sharpen>unsharp mask to sharpen by eye at 100% zoom or greater (Amount:108% Radius:2.5 Threshold 46).

I hope you like it. I had fun fiddling around with someone else's raw file :)

From the description:

"Many of the plants that lived during the age of the dinosaurs, the Mesozoic Era, which includes the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous Periods, are alive today and are scattered about the globe. They could be used to create a dinosaur garden or park that would give you great pleasure, add beauty to your community, and help re-establish living fossil plants."

Heard these sounds coming from the woods and got scared shitless (listen from 0:36 - 0:45)     (youtu.be)

We spent part of the 4th in a forest by a lake and heard these noises in the distance, ringing loudly through the trees at one point. We had no idea what was making the sounds and were glad we heard them only when we were already heading back to the car.

It took me a while of searching through 'strange sounds in the woods' videos to figure out what they were. Now we feel silly (now that we know what they were) but I bet if you never heard this before you'd be weirded out too!
