Russia Knows Biden Is Brain Dead. I'm Sure That's No Big Deal, Right?

But doesn't not knowing or actually agreeing to whose on charge present a huge weakness in our ability to respond to threats, and isn't that a problem for those of you who are okay with the US poking at Russia and China?
