Helecopters have lights on them right? FAA regs require it, right? Even for police... right? So, then why in the video in OPs link, the video that shows the alleged collision, are there no lights on the alleged police helicopter that this plane allegedly collided with? Kind of looks like it didn't hit a helicopter at all, or, well, anything, unless, maybe, the chopper had it's lights off. Idk. Anyone else notice this?

The helicopter and plane both disintegrated on impact leaving behind nothing but a stack of passports.

You should take a look at what lights are required on a helicopter for night flight. They aren't all that lit up.
