You can always demand a jury trial. It's your Constitutional right no matter what any judge or DA says. Do this - politely - and they'll drop the charges 99$ of the time, because they simply don't want to deal with your shit. Win or lose, it's a huge money sink for them and they don't want that.
Just demand a jury trial. And if you have a cam recording form a dashboard camera (backed up somewhere else, with someone else, of course) and they'll drop everything and let you go. It's all about dollars, and at that point you're a fucking loss even if they win.
