I don't know much about ER practices, but I would guess if a guy blows his brains out, those brains get all over him ansd his clothes. They don't take the time to clean him up much before doing a CT to see the extent of the damage, so you get transfer from the patient to the table, floor etc. I dont think he meant they are still falling out of his head. Oooh, may the swelling causes them to ooze out like a play-doh fun factory!
