Dean Keller, 49, a firefighter, was accused of shooting his neighbor, Jeffery Weigle, 59, four times in the chest, sending him to the hospital in critical condition. The dispute started in some form or fashion over the neighbors' fence. In the video, Weigle approaches the fence, does something to it while saying obscenities to Keller and his wife. Prosecutors ruled that Keller acted in self defense after Weigle pulled out a gun when Keller approached the fence and the shootout began.
