Nothing is evil, except whatever those who control the prevailing moral values say is evil.
Good and evil are determined by who is dominant and who is not.
The hero's moral beliefs are good because they outlast that of the villain or because the morality of the hero is common or dominant.
The villains morality is evil because it fails to outlast that of the hero, or because it is less prevelant or dominant than that of the hero.
Nothing is good or evil in itself, only the idea's evolutionary success as a meme makes it good or evil, otherwise it's just a neutral meme.
So if they win, then yes, child raping isn't evil, it may even become good.
If we win, however, child rape becomes evil.
Thats the nature of morality.
A broader take would take into account the limitations on what we could consider to be good or evil set by human nature, which in turn is determined by human evolution and evolutionary psychology.
From there we can conclude that the closest thing to objective judgement of moral matters that we could come up with is that behavioral patterns that are less conducive to genetic propagation are objectively less moral than those which are more conducive to genetic fitness.

Thus we can objectively say that racism is moral.
