This can and will make women fall in love with you. Do as follows.
1. Fill pan with bacon flat, you can have a bit of overlap as it shrinks. Pan must be cold.
2. Add water to the pan, just enough to cover the bacon.
3. Activate maximum fire 🔥
4. When all water has boiled off there will be a brown residue on the surface of the pan. Scrape this off with a spatula and either bin or eat. (It's bacon salt and delicious - but does not keep at all. Good seasoning for mash tho)
Alternatively don't scrape off the residue, but it will burn and set off the smoke alarm.
5. Keeping fire on maximum, flip the bacon a few times till the outside is crispy.
If you follow these steps you will have bacon that is juicy and succulent on the I side, but crispy on the outside with a crunchy bite.
