Blacks 35 times more likely to attack whites than the other way around, proof "racism" against blacks saves lives. Proof diversity is harm for White people and therefore unconstitutional.

The country would have to repeal the fourteenth amendment. But that wouldn't necessarily make anything unconstitutional, it would just allow for segregation.
